Non-emergency maintenance requests can be submitted through the Resident page on our website, emailing or calling the office or stopping into the office.
If you have an emergency request, please call the office and press option 3 to leave a message. A maintenance person will call you back to discuss the emergency.
Non-emergency maintenance requests will be completed in 24-48 hours.

Yes, preferred employers receive a $50 discount off of their first month's rent payment.

We host monthly resident events such as pool parties, happy hours, networking events, and more. Incorporating green initiatives is important to us so most of our communication is via email, it saves on paper and we can communicate quicker. If you haven't already done so please provide us with your email address. We also encourage residents to join us on Facebook to communicate with other residents in addition to staying up-to-date on community news and notifications.

There are two ways in which you can fill out an application electronically.
1. We can email you a direct link to our application which will allow you to fill out the appropriate information and pay the application and hold fee online.
2. If you wish to pre-approve or run a preliminary credit card check you can do so through our website. To pre-qualify online, select your desired floor plan. Once selected, click "request to hold". After you request to hold you'll have the option to pre-qualify. Prequalification completes a preliminary check to determine that minimum requirements are met - please note that a thorough background check will also be executed before signing lease documents. With approved pre-qualification status you will then have the option to fill out the application form and pay the application and holding fee.

The following fees and monthly charges apply. Charges are subject to change without notice. Additional fees may apply.
Application & Holding Fees
The following fees are due in full at the time of application and are required in order to reserve an apartment. We will only accept payment by check for all application and holding fees.
Application Fee: $35 per apartment. Security Deposit: Minimum $200 - Maximum first months rent
Holding Fee: $100 (refundable within 72-hours or to be applied towards move-in costs at the time of move-in)
Other One Time Fees
Other Fees needed to lease an apartment may include, but are not limited to: Administrative Fees, Amenity Fees, and Refundable and Non-refundable Pet Fees (see Pet information for more details).

Monthly Recurring Charges
We will accept personal checks, cashier's checks, money orders, or electronic ACH payments via the self-service Resident Portal.
Rent: Variable, rent per lease agreement.
Trash: $15, monthly trash fee.
Water, Electric & Gas: Variable, monthly charges vary based on individual usage and number of occupants.

Yes, we have the ability to offer a flexible range of lease terms to our residents, from 3-15 months. The price range for each apartment takes into consideration the lease length and the apartment's features. Whatever your needs, we can work with you to find the perfect lease term.

You must submit either a copy of your last paycheck stub, an offer letter from an employer or a copy of your most recent W-2 form.
> Am I required to have renters insurance?
Am I required to have renters insurance?
Yes, Renters insurance is required for every new apartment lease. Minimum coverage amount required is $100,000 in personal liability coverage. You may use our preferred renters insurance company eRenterPlan (visit our Resident Link page for more information), or you may secure coverage with any company you choose. Proof of insurance must be provided upon move-in, listing all residents 18 and over on the policy. Apartment home address and coverage dates must match the address and dates on your lease.

Each person must complete an application and will jointly qualify for the apartment. Individual credit scores may influence the required security deposit, or whether the application is approved or denied.
If a roommate fails to pass the criminal background check, however, they will not be permitted to live in the apartment.
